LF a better time tracking plugin

I've been using OnTime since I saw it executed on another server and thought "Hey, that might be helpful!"
Boy was I wrong. This plugin isn't incredibly user friendly, requiring you to write extremely long commands in game just to get one reward written for one auto promotion with no clear and easy way to edit or delete the reward you just created if you make a mistake.
What I would like to know is if there is a plugin that does it better? At the very least, one that can track a players online time, and ignore time spent while being AFK. I would like to have a more clear standard for promotions at least.

ignore time spent while being AFK
That is the hard part. You can use CommandRank, but I do not know if it logs afk time or not. All I can suggest is to try it out.
