Bizzare water behaviour
Suddenly people on my Spigot Server are complaining about water physics being broken. To be specific, putting a block on the source water-block does not stop the water flow, it just gets rid of that single block of water. Also, water taken from the ocean isn't regenerated either

What plugins are you using?
Also: where does this happen.. in pre-defined (WorldGuard/GriefPrevention) protected areas, out in the open, or both?

Check your Spigot configurations.
I haven't edited them at all
