We are the Chalupaart Server and we enjoy making buildings as much as we do destroying them. TNT is ENABLED, PVP is ENABLED. We also have FACTIONS, IConomy, MobArena, Spleef!, Hotels, and more coming soon! We are currently building a fancy underground railway system that will reach all major communities and events throughout the server. The current districts are, Admin line, Housing line, circle line (connects lines), etc. We also have had one of our members donate an enourmous Soccer Stadium, which earned him a spot as moderator! He now has creative mode and is assisting with the subway! If you show us your skills, you too could help with big projects! If not then thats ok! What do you specialize in: Using WorldEdit and helping new players with commands, finding their way around, and helping them become more mature and active players.

My answer is B. But, if they continued to spam after being unmuted, they would get a temporary ban until the server owner came online to deal with them.
If someone was griefing, how would you deal with it:

b) Jail
c) Help them

My answer is B, but if the griefing was horific I would temporary ban until the server owner came back online.
How can you tell whether someone is hacking: By using /invsee or using /md to disguise yourself. Also, to tell if someone is XRaying, you can do the previous commands and follow them. If they are in a dark place with no lighting and they are mining ores, then they are most likely hacking.

What is MCBans and how do you global and local ban people: I honestly am not familiar with MCBans but I can learn how if need be.
