Breaking blocks and not getting resources.
Hi there!
I'm the owner of a server and i recieved a mail from a player.
She said that she didn't get anything after breaking a block.
I tried to remove all plugins and test... But no.
I really don't know what to do.
Can anyone help me?

Do you have the doTileDrops gamerule turned off on your server? That could be contributing to the issue, as that makes it so no tile drops (AKA the things you get when you break a block) show up.
