Broken Resources?

So recently I've been having problems with Minecraft's textures. The font's numbers 5 and 7 are invisible. And when I have 57 Stone Bricks in my Inventory, for example, it doesn't show the Numbers at all! Keep in mind that I'm playing on 1.16.1 on my Younger Brother uses MrCrayFish's Controllable Mod, he can't play on Keyboard.

Optifine Installed, no Resourcepacks or Shaders. EN-US Language.



Any Fixes?
