(Solved. I wrote in comments how to solve it)
When I use Forge on versions from 1.19 to 1.20 and play on servers (any) my skin overlay is invisible. I don't have such problem in single player, but only on servers and only if play forge minecraft (deleting mods didn't help). I don't think that anyone knows how to solve it but thank you if you tell me your ideas about this case (optifine cape is invisible too btw)
P.S. RPs that required optifine work as supposed to and others' skins look normally

Welp I found out how to solve it. When I opened options menu with resource packs and then resumed game my skin became normal
quick question, do you only have optifine?
