Build Plugins

I am preparing to make a large build and I would like some plugins to help. The plugins I have right now are WorldEdit/SafeEdit, VoxelSniper and TerrainControl. I'm not too great at TerrainControl because it seems to be messing up my world so if anyone could give me a config file for building that would be awesome (I might even whitelist you...). Also if anyone has suggestions for some plugins please put a download down below.
