So I'm creating a modpack for private use and at the very end I decided to add in buildcraft 2. Everything else was going fine, I had to fix a few conflicts here and there, but this is different. When I try to run my game, it crashes, but weirdly. The game loads at the mojang screen and then it gets to title screen, but then after a few seconds the screen goes to the default background(blank, with the background like on the options screen) and I have to force close it because it never responds, not even after waiting for a few minutes. I could normally fix this, but with no easily readable error log/crash report, I cannot. I have supplied a pastebin link to my ForgeModLoader-client-0.log below. Thanks for your help!

Semaphorism why should a mod lock this when he never received a answer if other people are still having a problem like his then this thread could help, With more mods being released a lot of people are having troubles crashing with the crash log stating out of perm gen and this thread could help them all if there have the same problem
i know prop way to late of a reply but just letting you know i dont know how much ram you have on you computer but 8gbs ram is a silly ammount to give to minecraft i play modded minecraft with 140 mods and i only give it 6gb out of my 16gb and that can cause a problem if you dont leave your computer enough memory to run.
This error isnt saying minecraft is out of memory to run the problem is that your minecraft doesnt have enough to get itself going in the new client when you edit your java args there will be 3 digits at the end 254 i think up it to like 800 and it will work and also if you get any errors like that with launchers like ftb and such change your make your perm gen higher

I have figured out that it is some sort of conflict between BuildCraft 2 and Galacticraft planets mod.
Upload a crashlog for us to look at btw ur pastebin is too large to be seen unless your a pro memeber
That is the crashlog. It's the only one I get. The crash should be somewhere near the bottom of the log though.

I see that at the end of the log that it says the "java out of memory" error. I used to get this on my old computer because I didn't have as much RAM as I do now, but I currently have 8GBs allocated to Minecraft. Thanks for your help and sorry again!

you have to go into a the forge crash folder and see what what error it is most likely it will say something like id conflict id (Example) 97 is already taken up by (EnterModHere)

Yes, I know it's some sort of conflict, but that's the problem. I don't know exactly what conflict it is. I cannot find what the exact problem is.
Maybe it's just incompatible with another one of those mods?
