Builder Wanted ($)
Hello,
I am about to start up a prison minecraft server, but first I need a builder or two.
Disclaimer:
- You will be paid in USD. This is not an hourly wage, rather a compensation per build + quality of the build
Job Description:
- Building 30 mines before release
- Building 700+ mines over the course of a year or two
- Building Spawn area and any extra warps upon request
- You will have access to WorldEdit
Requirements:
- Must be at a minimum age of 15 years old. I can not pay you if you are younger than that.
- Must follow the command of your superiors.
- Must complete the unpaid working interview first
- Must do at least 5 builds a week (exceptions will be made depending on the quality of the builds)

It has came to my attention that compensation for builds may not be the best idea since someone may make a shitty build and call it a day. So as an update, I do still need a few more builders and I am now paying an hourly wage.
Come up with a hourly rate, or go post on craigslist?
Suppose I go with an hourly rate, and then someone decides to capitalize on this and takes forever to make one build. Then, what do I do?
