Builders NEEDED! :)

Hello, I'm looking for Modern Builders, I don't mean just Modern, any really I just opened a server and I got this huge empty space and have no ideas on how to fill it in and with what but what I have planned on doing is making a Massive City but that is just and idea, if you would like to help me I would be very thankful
