This is the problem. I have a rectangular building and I want to make the ceiling curved, a half circle.
I just don't know how to do the corners and transition to the wall.

I would suggest using the circle generator tool here, combined with just eyeballing it :) If you give me the dimensions I could play around with it. As for lighting it depends on the building style!
