BUKKIT 1.7.8: DEFAULT PLAYERS CAN'T DROP OR PICKUP ITEMS.

Hi,

Randomly, my default players couldn't drop or pickup items, and I requested help, and nobody could figure out what was happening.

Anyway, then someone recommended for me to try running my server with Spigot. I ran it, and got a completely different error: nobody could even login!
