Bukkit Help

Hi,

I have set up a server to play with one of my friend, but bukkit seperate the overworld from the nether and the end. So, I wonder if I can play that map into singleplayer again with the same nether and end that is on the server because I have set up a nether hub and I dont want to lose it. And also if yes how can I do that?
