Bukkit Plugin - Custom Commands?

Hi! So I was wondering if anyone knew of a plugins that let you create custom commands. Specifically, I want it to let you make shortcut commands. For example, be able to type /shop instead of /warp shop. I know someone had said this is possible through a plugin called Variable Triggers (http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/variabletriggers/) but I don't know how to use it very well.
Any Ideas?
