Bukkit plugin request

I am building a Pay-to-play RPG server. To reinforce the RPG aspect, I need a plugin that will let a player take an item out of that chest once only, and never again can they access the chest. Even after players have looted the chest, a newbie can come and loot it again and it still has all the items originally placed in there.
The chest can only be looted once by a player, but other players who have not opened it can loot it once themselves.
