Bukkit Server help?

Ok,
So I am trying to make a Bukkit Server.
I do that run.bat or the bukkit.bat thing and this is what it comes up as:

Windows cannot find 'C:/Users/poo/Desktop/Craftbukkit/Bukkit.bat'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

I have tried so much numerous times. Even one of my friends helped that has a bukkit server failed to help.

So if anyone has teamviewer or anything to help me may you please??
