Im making a bukkit server 1.7.2 and i dont know how to:
~ Open it to the public so friends can join.
~ Make my name have the prefix Owner, and my brothers be Co-Owner.
~ Add Color code plugin.
~ Add /nick Plugin
~ Find the IP for my server for friends to join

I don't know if you've already been helped, but i'll go through these things with you
1. Opening it to the pubic depends on if you are using server hosting or not, if no, then you need to do something called port forwarding, there are plenty of tutorials for it, just type how to port forward for minecraft into a search engine.
2. There are several ways to do prefixes, a simple way is to get a permissions plugin, such as PermissionsEX, which will allow you to set prefixes, PermissionsEX is quite complicated at first, but there are plenty of tutorials for that as well.
3+4. The color code and nick are the same plugin, essentials. This provides a variety of other useful commands alongside nicknames and color codes.
5. If you are using server hosting, the ip will be what you set it to when you bought the hosting, if not you can easily find your ip by typing into Google 'ip address' This will display to you your public ip address at the top of the page, the one people need to use to connect to your server after you've done port forwarding.
