Bukkit Server Help Plugins Problems PROFESSIONAL NEEDED

Here is what I need and my problems. i want the word 'Owner' before my name to be like a different color each letter. I also want Admin to be [(one color)Ad(another)min] . I could care less about the other ranks. I also wnt to know what the command is to change my rank through PeX. the pastebin link is below. Everytime i try the command /promote "username" it wont work just says syntax error. I will also post link to the other plugin files that might be the issue PLEASE HELP ME.

World Gaurd ( I want it so that creepers cant damage the world by exploding. No lava in game. players cant use lava. ALL TNT BANNED
