Bukkit server map reset after crashing?

Hey guys, tis be BlueDude35. Me and my pal thejay13 are trying to make a Bukkit server called MineVolt. But we always run into this sad, annoying problem. Every time the server crashes, part or all of the map is reset to the original seed. It's been doing this the entire time it's been up. The plugins we have installed are DisguiseCraft, all of the Essentials plugins, Factions, mcMMO, Remote Toolkit, PTweaks, Safe Creeper, SimpleSpleef, Vault, and WorldEdit. Please help

unfortunatley i don't know what the problem is but there is already a minecraft server called minevolt
it wont reset the map it will just go back to the last non corrupt world save. therefore save it often on the server i am co-owner on it used to do it so set up an animated saving schedual so it will save hourly or however often you want it to
The crash becomes because of some outdated or wrongly setupped plugin.
Remove all plugins, and maps, then try again.
