1.3.1 bukkit servers with non 1.3 plugins, how?
How is it that some servers are 1.3.1 with plugins such as 'Factions' even though, the plugins are not 1.3.1 but 1.2.5?

It's simple. Factions doesn't use specific features of 1.3.1, like enderchests and stuff.
Did you ever find out the answer to this, Ashley? I am wondering the same thing myself.
