Bungee advice and help

i have 3 servers linked together with bungee and a hub. i want people to be able to join the hub and join the ips of the individual servers aswell. i had this set up but you have to run the servers in offline mode can someone help me achieve what i need. please post comments or add me on skype majormacdaddy
