I am looking for a host that supports the use of Bungee Cord, a proxy server. By saying this, I also need the host to host 4 servers for me, 10 slots each, for $20. If you know of a hosting site, or are willing to host my server, please let me know. Thanks!

Well, I may be able to host your proxy, but my services are limited one per customer. You would be able to use other hosts to connect to the main proxy server however. Please contact me if you are interested.
