Can't access the PMC Official server!

I've white listed my username for the PMC official server but every time I go to join I get the message "Please see PlanetMinecraft for instructions on joining this server". I have entered my username correctly and ticked the box below, what else must I do?

I have the same problem, perhaps by bumping this thread, someone will offer a solution...
I believe the whitelist is still not working. Those that were whitelisted before have access, not sure if there's a way to get on or a manual whitelist.
