Can anyone help me with this problem?
Ok, so I'm playing Minecraft and when I look in the distance and around me my blocks are highlighted in red/orange/yellow/blue/black. I have tested all 12 F'keys and none of them helped.
Please help.

Ok, I'm running a 1.7.10 modpack. But when I configure my graphics card it makes no difference.
@OP, use 
to show the full image.
It's might something do with the settings of your graphics (no the minecraft ones). Try do this: right click the desktop, click 'NVIDIA control panel'. 'Manage 3D settings' and there's an option in there that is messed up, unfortunately I forgot which one it is. You could 'restore' see if that helps.
Why do you think he has the NVIDIA panel option?

This is a problem with Anti Aliasing and Antisotropic Filtering, try turning those off.
I've had the filtering off. I can't find this other you name though.
did you turn it off in your graphics card settings or in minecraft settings?
