I just remade my server and installed all the plugins and joined and wasnt able to break/place blocks or chat. I then deleted the worlds and remade them and still wasnt able to. Then I reinstalled the .minecraft folder and it stil doesnt work. Please help

jacobthebest1 I opped myself. But anyways I just deleted all my plugins and tried again and it worked. I will reinstall all of the previous plugins and see which one did this.
Im quite sure that your groupmanager is broken. Take a look at it.

Is the server run at home or payed for?
If it's payed for that's on them send the company you buy from a ticket.
If you host it from your own computer make sure every thing is set up right. This includes port forwarding.

I meant in the description part that I couldn't break/place blocks. Sorry. I did edit the post though.
The plugins I have are AntiPub, AutoMessenger, ChatManagerPlus, ChestShop, CombatTag, CompatNoCheatPlus, Essentials (All of them EssentialsSpawn etc), GroupManager, HeroicDeathPlus, iConomy, mcMMO, mcore, MonsterBox, Multiverse-Core, NoCheatPlus, ObbyDestruct, PvPTimer, VanishNoPacket, WorldEdit, and WorldGuard
