Can't connect

Hey, I can't connect to my server or my filezilla, on any version of minecraft. I've reset my computer internet disabled peerblock firewalls etc etc and still nothing! I have no idea why this is happening because every other server I can connect to with 20ms perfectly, I'm also aware it's not an actual server problem because my friends and regulars can connect fine. I'd seriously appreciate any help with this issue.

Edit: Just gave my friend my filezilla info, he also can't connect.
