Can't connect to a certain server.

Hey, I am an admin on play.mc-drugs.com and the server is up, I know it is because it says in console and all my friends and other people are on it but in my server list it says "Can't reach server" All other servers on my list are up. Keep in mind the server is up but for some reason it says it's down for me (X_X) Help
