[Help] I can't connect to server! D:

I need help
Theres a server called McMonarch.net and a while ago it froze and all players were stuck in the air and i got kicked and now i cant get back in i get the same error:
ReadTimeoutException : null - people say this is just lag and should be fixed well it has been like this for hours i have turned my pc off and minecraft and everything and everyone is still in it so it hasnt crashed, i need help

Cookie is right. Probably a server end problem
The server is probably just down and is having technical issues, it can take well over a few hours to get it fixed, just be patient, the server should be up and running again once all problems are fixed.
