I can't get on my own MC server...

I cant get onto my own minecraft server. It was working absolutely fine for about a month then I got kicked for connection time out and I cant get on it since. I have closed the server down and even restarted my computer but i still cant get on. Even when i check in task manager, it says its still running. HELP!

What IP address are you using to connect, and what does your startup look like?
Yes, most people do ignore me, but still buying one is so much easier
Ignore Taz. So if your running the server on your computer sometimes it will Have a effect Where you can't join. Try using the Ip "localhost" without the "". Hope this helps
