Can't join servers
Every time i try and join servers, it always says [Proxy] Lost connection to Server Help please?

some servers have been updating or trying to update unsuccessfully to the newer mine craft versions. That can cause that message. I had that problem on my server but now it is working good with no problems.
is your internet working?
What is that?
Do you have a proxy?
