Recently, I haven't been able to go on any servers. Whenever I try, it says the authentication are currently down for maintenance, even though I know a few of them aren't. To try to fix the problem, I logged out of Minecraft, thinking I could log back in and be able to get onto my favorite servers. However, I can't log back in. I keep getting the message "We couldn't reach our servers". Can anyone help?

Oh don't worry, happened to me once. I think you have to wait like 1 hour or so to play minecraft Gives you some break time

Thanks, man. But do you know how long it will be down for? I heard it happened before a couple years ago.
It happens every few weeks/months, it's pretty common, typically just an internal error at Mojang, or they've turned them off for maintenance.
Okay, now it says login is up, but I get the same message...
Does anyone know when Minecraft will be back up? Just asking because as soon as it is, I'm going to start a pvp server.
Go outside, learn something. Instead of staring at the screen waiting for it to come up, go do something productive. The universe only has so much time left.

Okay, I just reinstalled it, but the launcher keeps saying "connection timed out" and it keeps telling me to check my internet and proxy settings : / which I've done several times.
