Can't mine with hands, only objects. [Bukkit]

Okay, so no one on my server can mine or break things with their hand. They can only break things with an object in their hand. Example: Dirt.https://forums.bukkit.org/attachments/plugins-jpg.17254/

Try removing EssentialsAntiBuild, or like what Chris said, they may be in adventure mode.
