Can Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition connect to Xbox One?

Hi. I just got Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition and I was wondering if there was a certain thing I had to do to connect to a Xbox One world. On the Windows 10 Edition forum it says that you can play with Xbox editions so I was wondering if I was able to connect!
