Can 1.4.2 mods work with 1.4.4?

ok so i dont wanna have to play minecraft without audiotori and btw i hate the new sounds of minecraft they suck. so can a 1.4.2 mod work with 1.4.4?

No. You will just have to wait for some mods to update. In the meantime you can go ahead and play some TF2.

Generally No, But Like For Ex. Modloader, Says Modloader 1.4.4 and 1.4.2 so That Works For Both. But If Like TooManyItems Is What You Want, The You Have To Download The New Update
