I can't open my forge servers.

Hey, I don't know what I did, and I'm not sure if anyone can help me, but, I tried to open my forge server up and it just kept loading, then stopped. It didn't open, or give me any kind of message. I have redownloaded forge and everything again, and it does the same thing. I restarted, and I think something might be wrong with my computer. Does anybody have a fix for me? Thanks.
