Port 22 is the port of ftp for accessing your files
A server cant run on port 22 because its the ftp port
You need the minecraft port not the ftp port

Yep the FTP port for my server is 22. I asked my server hosting.

Your server does not appear to follow any known Minecraft protocol standard

Your server is not running on that port. The port you use to access files via FTP/sFTP is not the same as the one used to connect to your server. Try checking the IP and port you are using to connect to your server.

Are you sure it's port 22? That's usually the SSH/sFTP port.
