That's how I can log in but none of my friends can...
try typing 'localhost' (without quotes) when connecting (Make sure minecraft_server IS running (The Server Console is on your screen) when connecting) to connect to it using your home IP address.
I just run Start.bat, it says "DONE", but it is still -Can't reach server-!

Is it your server? Make sure you run the MinecraftServer Client when going in your server. If it says that for other servers that isn't yours, means that the owner of that server didn't run the MinecraftServer Client.
I think this is for all servers because i can't log into any
