Hello there, I am currently struggling to get onto a Minecraft server on my desktop, I have the same IP on my laptop and it works just mine, when I try to play on my desktop, it says unknown host, I tried DNS flushing, changing my dns, restarting Minecraft, reinstalling Minecraft, but nothing works. Does anyone have any options?

Nope, I have retyped it several times.
Trailing spaces will cause that issue. Check there?
first make sure that you spelled the ip address 100% because remember it is case sensitive and if that does not work than delete the server and start over.hope this works
