Can't set up multiverse commands

Hi, I'm Fire_User. I was trying to set-up a server on Bisect Hosting, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to let ranks in PermissionsEx be able to use /mv tp, and it can be either in-game or on the console.

Teleport Permissions
multiverse.teleport.self.NAME - Allows users to teleport themselves to another world
multiverse.teleport.other.NAME- Allows users to teleport themselves and others to another world
