Can someone help me?
I cannot access the minecraft launcher, here is a screenshot of what is wrong
Is there a way to fix this without deleting it?

Did you install it with exe or the application type?
I ended up fixing it. I'm going to delete this post.
Good
For everyone asking to fix the image I am not too sure what you mean... Try right-clicking on it and pressing "Load Image" or if that doesn't work open it in a new tab.
No workie because the image itself isn't there. You likely used a location for which only you have access.
Can't see the screenshot so...
When you have issues with Minecraft the best way to resolve it is a "temporary reset". Open your file manager and go to "%APPDATA%", you'll find a folder called .minecraft in there. Rename this folder to ".minecraft.old" and try again.
If this works you can then move your old data from .minecraft.old to the new folder (stuff like saves, screenshots, resourcepacks, etc.).
Of course if things continue to misbehave then there may be another cause.

please fix the image
Assuming you're using Windows, you need to delete all the folders (but not the launcher.exe) in
I've had a similar issue before where the launcher just hangs on a grey screen. Deleting these files will the reset launcher cache (Not the actual game configs though) and hopefully make the launcher work again

Will it delete anything of value in Minecraft itself?
most likely not. It obviously wont delete your saves etc
What you should do is open up the .Minecraft folder, extract all of the worlds you want to save, restart you computer. I this does not work(and I’m sorry for this) delete Minecraft and reinstall it.
Well, the easiest way to get round this would just be to remove and reinstall it... :D
It’s not that hard...
Is that statement necessary when they havent given a response?
*though you would want to copy your worlds & other first.
