Can someone remove the server

In servers section theres an old server whit ip 176.31.6.27 i bought it from redstonehost.com for like 3 months ago and if any staff can remove it i made an topic here same info and i got sent to topic32796.html
and it says press the flag?! i cant press of find any damn flag to press! really worst helping ever on that one?
So... it want me to prove ownership of the server by changeing my MOTD to <Name> Owns server i done it so any staff seeing this just put that ip in your list and it will say Bloodcridosin owns this server bla bla and can u remove the other one... i been trying to get help whit this for almost 3-4 hours now but site moderators just sending me random help pages and it takes me nowhere for godsake!...
