Can someone send me a PEX file?

Guys, I seriously need help with my PEX folder... Ive tried all I can, the permissions just don't work! They did though, I had them shining and I went to make a new one, half way through it. I had to go, so I did /reload. If you wern't OP you couldn't do anything. You couldn't even talk. Ever since then ive been losing people to join my server. PLEASE HELP BY SENDING ME A FULLY CONFIGURED ONE! Ive tried EVERYTHING! Just send it, no worries I'll edit it myself.
