That GPU doesn't actually meet Minecraft's minimum requirements, but everything else seems to be okay. Installing Optifine may help you to get a playable frame rate. Just don't expect to get hundreds of FPS or anything like that.

Okay, thats fine. As long as it can actually run the game, right

You could Minecraft on a toaster so this is for sure to work. I use to play on a really bad laptrop when i was a kid so i'm sure you'll be fine with this setup.

you don't get much difference past 60 fps so 200 fps is pointless,

The GPU will bottleneck minecraft.
My Intel HD Graphics 4600 maxes out at around 100fps. If you installed a dedicated graphics card you would get a lot more frames per second.

Java isn't for Windows 7. Java Edition works on any version of Windows (and other operating systems) and is the best version in my opinion (most modability and customization options). Windows 10 Edition is the one made exclusively for Windows 10 sold on the Microsoft store.

It's still a windows device is it not? It will be able to install Java. You are able to play both the java version and windows 10 version of Minecraft on it. Think about it logically windows 7 support is being dropped soon so many people will be updating to windows 10, does this mean that Mojang is going to stop updating the java version? Of course not, as long as it's a PC that can run Java you'll be able to play the java edition on it.

even a toaster can run minecraft, you'll be all good. your only problems that you may face are horrible fps!

Well, I personally use the same graphics card, but if you look on the internet you might find something better (however, it'll be pricey) I recommend just sticking with the current one. After all, there could be worse
