Can't Turn While Pressing Arrow keys or Numbers [Win10]

Well first of all I have looked in many forums about this problem. They all envolved the problem being palm check. and I had this problem before and it was the palm check sensitivity was too high till I updated to windows 10 then ....It happened again and I have clue what to do the palm check sense is as low as it is, this isn't only on minecraft, it's every FPS game, and even 2d games. if I need to move my curser while pressing a arrow keys or number keys it won't work, but say I press the button "G" it works. I have very little computer problems, but this one has me confuzzled and I have no clue how to fix it.
