Can't use NEI?

For some reason I can't use NEI, it keeps telling me about some sort of MCVersion Annotation. It doesn't give me a crash log but it does give me this:

Again, I know what mods are causing the problem but I don't know how to fix the problem without removing them, which I don't want to because I tend to need help with my crafting recipes, which is why I now use NEi instead of TMI.
