I have tried to use an alt account to use the signs at my spawn but I can't get them to work [Buy] and [Sell] signs when I press them. I have allowed 'interact' and 'use' in my spawn worldguard region, but it still doesnt work. Can someone help me?

/region flag spawn interact allow that's for worldguard.
If you still got issues check the flags you allowed and denied, and make sure you don't have any other plugins denying you.

In your server.properties, change your spawn-protection to 0.
