Can't verify server ownership for new address

Up until now, I have been listing an IP address for my server. The IP address was verified with no issues. Recently, I bought a domain for my server, and it can now be reached by that domain name. The IP address still works, but I would like it to be listed under the domain so it looks more professional and is easier for users to type in... instead of using the long IP address.

However, this is the issue I'm getting:

It won't even test connection. It just says it is invalid. I have seen other servers listed this way, so I don't understand why this is coming up invalid.

Do I need to make an entirely new posting or what? I have found one other post about this issue, but it remained unresolved.
