CANNOT SET UP SERVER!

Well, Another post about server difficulties. I can't set up a 1.4 server. IT doesn't have to be bucket. And im NOT buying. I have NO money. I need an expert. Im running windows 7 home premium and a 6.00 GB Ram system. 5.87 I can use left of it. Which is a LOT. I have wireless Wifi. And Can't set up a server like I said. I can't get IP either. Please comment or add me on skype ( johnnyz1480 ) . I really need help. Thanks a lot.

If you need help port forwarding, add another post with your router make AND model ( i need both) and I will explain what you need to do.
First off, bukkit is the only way to set up a server as far as I know, unless there is some 3rd party underground secret service thing, but I doubt it's as good as bukkit.

Use the recommended bukkit build, because it is now compatible with 1.4.2
For the server ip, use your ipv4 address found when typing ipconfig into the command prompt
