Cant join servers!!

Hi everyone. I am new to Minecraft and have attempted to join other servers. However whenever I do the following message comes up 'FAILED TO LOG IN THE AUTHENTICATION SERVERS ARE CURRENTLY UNREACHABLE,. TRY AGAIN LATER'

Might be a firewall problem. There's some youtube videos detailing how to fix this error I'd say try a couple of those solutions. They usually walk you through it step by step
It seems like your computer might not be letting authentication through... which is a firewall problem... simply put for Windows:
1. Type "Control Panel" in search
2. Once inside Control Panel, go to System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall
3. Now on the left, you will see an option to "Allow an app or feature through the Windows Defender Firewall, click on it...
4. Once inside, you will see at the top right hand side "Change Settings" you must do this to make changes
5. Now, scroll through the list of programs looking for Java Platform SE Binary, checkmark all of these, more are added the more Minecraft Clients you use... Once that is done you should get through... However, if it was already turned on and still gives you Authentication Errors, try re-signing into Minecraft Launcher, that will sometimes fix the problem... In the case it still gives you that error, the Minecraft Server you are trying to join doesn't have permission through the Firewall... in which case the previous set of instructions must be done for the server as well...
