so i cant join to pvp legacy server allthough i can join to other servers

Assuming you've done the clear cache/ log-out|log-in / reboot etc. checks at your end… (and aside from wait & hope it gets fixed on their end)
You might try checking the server status (e.g. via https://mcsrvstat.us/ [I've not had occasion to use this, it was just the first such site that came up in the search])
If the server has a web page / discord / etc., try checking there to see if others are having problems (and for possible solutions).
If there is a contact email or similar, let the folks running it know what's happening
(If it's listed on PMC, you could try posting a query about the specific server here as well)
